Authentication
How 2 systems do hand-shake and exchange the information on basis of that connection.
There is currently one way to authenticate through GitBook API v1: authentication token. A token can be created in the user account settings. This token can then be used in the Headers section of your HTTP request.
Generating API token
Generate a new token for your API, and use that token in communication b/w systems. Below is the header for the token.
